Amendment to Repeal the Zoning Ordinance - effective Friday, September 25, 2025.

Sauble Township has REPEALED the Blight Ordinance.  
The Announcement was published in the Lake County Star on June 26, 2026, effective June 27, 2026.


Waterfront properties on our lakes, rivers/streams, ponds, and swamps have special requirements and permits from EGLE (formerly DEQ).
