Zoning Permits (Land Use) - Property Owners must complete and submit the Application with the $100 application fee to Sauble Township c/o Robert Hall, Zoning Administrator.  Checks are payable to Sauble Township. Your Application will not be reviewed or considered unless the fee is paid.

Waterfront properties on our Iakes, rivers/streams, ponds, and swamps have additional zoning requirements and permits from EGLE (formerly DEQ).  Before you begin any project, please check with our Zoning Administrator.

​You will need a ZONING PERMIT from Sauble Township before  you can apply for any construction/mechanical/electrical permits from Lake County.
