Please contact the Sauble Township Zoning Administrator to obtain a Zoning Permit. PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR ROBERT HALL TO RESPOND TO EMAILS, CALLS, ETC. HE ALSO WORKS FOR SEVERAL OTHER MUNICIPALITIES.
ZONING PERMITS (Land Use) are not issued until you have consulted with the Zoning Administrator, submitted the application, scaled site plan and $100 Permit Fee by check payable to Sauble Township.
Step 1. Complete application, site plan and submit to Sauble Township Zoning Administrator, Robert Hall, along with the $100 check payable to Sauble Township for the Permit Application Fee.
Step 2. Robert Hall will review the application and site plan, to determine if your project meets zoning requirements. He will visit your property to ensure application and site plan, dimensions, setbacks are correct. If needed, he may need to consult with the applicant for further information.
Step 3. Once everything is approved and meets the zoning ordinance requirements, a Zoning Permit will be issued that you may take to the Lake County Building Department to obtain your Construction & Mechanical Permits.

ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION and Permit Fee $100 (applicant) - complete and submit to Sauble Township with the $100 Permit fee. Your application will not be considered until the fee is paid. Checks payable to Sauble Township.
ZONING PERMIT CHECKLIST (used by Zoning Administrator)
***If you begin or complete a project without the Zoning Permit and $100 Fee, you are subject to inspection of your project by the Zoning Administrator for Zoning Compliance. If approved, you will be issue an After-the-Fact Fee of $200. If your project does not meet our current Zoning, you will have to remove or modify the project to meet our Zoning.
