2024 SUMMER TAXES ARE MAILED BY JULY 1, 2024.
You can now pay property taxes online at:
https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/cyg/plc/a0054e
2.65% will be added to your credit/debit card payments. $2.95 flat fee is added to eCheck payments. The township does not charge this fee, nor do we receive any portion of it.
The last day to pay Summer Taxes without penalty is Monday, September 16, 2024.
Check (made out to Sauble Township) must clear or receipt is void. Postmarks are not accepted. For receipts, send self-addressed, stamped envelope to 8906 W 6 Mile Rd, Irons, MI, 49644.
During Tax Season (July, August, through September 10), Beth Acker, Treasurer will hold Office Hours on Tuesdays, 10 am - 2 pm, or by appointment. Also, Sept 16th 9 am-5 pm.
On March 1, 2025, delinquent property taxes are payable to the Lake County Treasurer in Baldwin, MI with additional interest and penalty.
